Payment Conditions
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking. Payments by cash, bacs, and the following cards: Visa, Mastercard.
Deposit
No deposit will be taken at the time of booking, however, a valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking.
Cancellation Policy
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.
Check-in
Between 15.30 and 18.30 – late check in by prior arrangement only.
Check-out
By 10am. Luggage can be stored securely if required.
Pets
Elderslie is not suitable for pets.
Children
The property is not suitable for children under 5.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property and is restricted to some of the open air areas.
Bed & Breakfast
Menu
Continental Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 8.45am in the dining room on the ground floor. Please confirm in advance what time you would like breakfast. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please let us know at the time of booking.
If guests are leaving Elderslie prior to breakfast time we offer a packed breakfast. Take-away packed lunches can be provided upon request (at an additional charge).
